We are looking to hire an IntegratedMarketing Manager to join our team! Reporting to Trade Marketing Director, in this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating major launches and activations across multiple touchpoints, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing materials and successful go-to-market launches. You will play a critical role in pulling together strategic plans and mobilizing teams to achieve our marketing goals. Experience in both D2C and B2B, as well as digital and traditional tactics is required. An experienced marketer with a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns will thrive in this role.

What you’ll do:
Lead the end-to-end project management of seasonal product launches, major promotional campaigns, and new product introductions—from initial planning and creative brief to cross-functional alignment, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
Serve as the central point of coordination for seasonal go-to-market initiatives, driving alignment across Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure detailed rollouts.
Track and analyze campaign performance, trade media insights, and digital metrics to advise strategic decisions and optimize return on investment.
Support the execution of trade and consumer marketing initiatives, including events, social media campaigns, and partner communications.
Coordinate and synchronize multi-channel marketing initiatives, debuts, and promotions in Direct and Indirect channels, spanning both digital and traditional platforms.
Supervise the development and deployment of onboard marketing materials and digital screens.
Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Coordinate the briefing, prioritization, creation, approval, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Develop and lead timelines to ensure all activities are completed on schedule.
Provide actionable insights and continuously improve integrated marketing processes for deeper collaboration, better coordination, and increased marketing effectiveness
What you’ll bring:
Confirmed experience in project management, integrated marketing, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Consistent track record of efficiently coordinating and performing marketing campaigns.
Experience in Direct and Indirect (B2B) marketing is a major asset.
Understanding various marketing channels and tactics, both digital and traditional.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Strong critical thinking and planning abilities.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
