We're on the lookout for two Sales Agents to join our high-performing team in Saint-Raphaël, right on the beautiful French Riviera!
Reporting directly to the Leopard Catamaran Sales Manager – Europe, you’ll play a key role in selling luxury yachts to our European customer base.

What we’ll offer:
Competitive earnings package: Salary + Commission (€25-35k / On Target Earnings: €80+ in year 1. Likely to increase up to €130k + from year 2-3 onwards)

What you’ll do:
Quickly become an expert in Leopard Catamarans' sail and power yachts
Manage leads and sales through our CRM, HubSpot, from first contact to signed contract
Follow up, nurture, and convert prospects into sales while exceeding targets
Build strong relationships with the Sales Manager and collaborate on marketing initiatives
Engage with social media, forums, and industry blogs to stay connected and informed
Represent the brand at boat shows, trade events, and client sea trials
Coordinate yacht showings, client visits, and occasional travel to our bases/offices
Maintain professionalism in all communications and ensure compliance with internal approval processes
Participate in training, meetings, and assist with database upkeep alongside IT
What you’ll bring:
Proven sales experience, ideally in high-ticket sales or the marine industry
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills across all levels
A flexible, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confidence in explaining financial evaluations and presentations
Self-motivated, persistent, and committed to delivering results
Ability to build credibility and close sales with confidence
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, to reach global clients
Excellent communication skills, in person, over the phone, and via email
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (CRM/ HubSpot experience a plus)
Fluency in French & English or Spanish & English
